In this moment I converse with the human across from me, and there are words being spoken, discourse being had, but there is no one home. I am an observer to the play. I am not Aariz. I am experiencing Aariz.

I am reminded that being in nature is the easiest way to lose the sense of self

And when you seek ego-lessness, you only feed the ego. When there is grace, when it happens without effort, that is when you can see through the ego. I understand this is not practical, and not something you can apply
