The problem is we are all talking to the same model

The genius of discussion with real people is everyone has different tendencies, different intuitions, different incentives (!), etc.

And this variance generates and explores new ideas well

So, do We need hyper specialized models that vary?

Maybe this is naive, maybe you could bake the diversity into one model
